Topic: "Stress impact and recognizing triggers for corporate counsels"

Please join us for our next Wellbeing Wednesdays brought to you by SCCA's Wellbeing Chapter.

We are pleased to announce SCCA's WellFest the Wellbeing Chapter's second "Wellbeing Wednesdays series" for 2025!

Our Chapter aims to focus on wellbeing topics for the legal/compliance in-house professionals in Singapore.

What the session will cover:

Catherine will help facilitate the conversations and dialogue over lunchtime, in a safe space environment, and during a lunch. We will discuss the specific causes for specific stress factors arising within the legal profession, and particularly a deep focus on stress for in house lawyers. What are the specific triggers? How best to identify early? How to deal with and proactively manage before things blow up and become a significant stress factor morphing into anxiety, depression and sense of hopelessness. Or how to develop resilience and pull out of the pit.

The SCCA is striving to continue its commitment to fostering the wellbeing of the in-house legal professionals in Singapore.

What this session will give you:

  1. Shared learnings and some tips and tools to consider.
  2. A safe space to discuss what the common issues faced are how to address this together sharing tips and approaches which can be considered to better identify the triggers early and deal with the matter proactively.
  3. Some things to reflect on which you may be able to utilise and better manage mental and physical wellbeing of yourself, your teams or generally and those around you.

If you want to be part of this dialogue and continue the conversation or wish simply to learn more about the subject, then please join us on Wednesday 12th February 2025 for a meaningful lunch discussion.
