By entering the event premises, I/we waive all rights I/we may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication, and irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. I/we also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by SCCA, its officers or employees or any person or entity designated to do so by SCCA. Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed without explicit written permission from SCCA. The purpose is to ensure adherence to the principles of confidentiality and non-attribution inherent in the Chatham House rules.
