Topic: Conflict management and Leveraging Cultural Intelligence


Please join us for our next Wellbeing Wednesdays brought to you by SCCA's Wellbeing Chapter.


This is due to be an intimate lunch time session, on a first come first served basis, to discuss and share learning on how lawyers and compliance officers can better manage conflicts and leverage cultural intelligence in the APAC Region.


A better understanding of interculturalism and the management of conflicts, may assist in dealing with the management of anxiety and stress in the legal workplace.


What you can get out of this session:


  • Deeper awareness of cultural intelligence and its role in shaping conflict management styles. Tools and tips to more effectively interact and adapt in multicultural contexts. Awareness and greater appreciation and understanding of cultural differences, as well as improved flexibility and interest in elements present in conflict situations. Understanding the predictors of conflict management styles, especially the impact of cultural intelligence, can inform selection processes and skill training programs.
  • Developing multicultural skills contributes to individual, social, and organizational well-being.
