    Sylvester Tan, Trainee Mayer Brown PK Wong & Nair, Sylvester Tan is currently a legal intern at Aquila Clean Energy APAC, and works within the transactions team on the financing, acquisitions & development of renewable energy projects. He recently finished his RLT at PK Wong & Nair LLC (in affiliation with Mayer Brown) in the Corporate & Securities practice group.

    He is admitted as a solicitor in Australia (NSW) (where he completed his PLT with Norton Rose Fulbright and Ashurst) and is in the process of being admitted in Singapore. He has an interest in corporate M&A as well as energy and infrastructure, project development and project finance.
