Belen Bode currently serves as the Director of Compliance & Risk at DKSH, overseeing global internal investigations, enterprise risk management, and the digitalization of compliance processes through data analytics. With over a decade of experience in compliance, risk management, and audit roles, Belen has held leadership positions across regions including North America, Latin America, and Asia.

Before joining DKSH, Belen managed compliance and operational audits at Siemens Healthineers, where she led global audit projects. Her extensive background includes expertise in anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, and corruption risk, gained through roles in both corporate and governmental sectors.

She holds master’s degrees in international relations and criminology, and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a certified member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).

Ram is a seasoned compliance leader with over 23 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors across Asia. With an extensive background in banking and financial services, financial crime compliance, regulatory policy, and business development, Ram has led high-performing teams and built Centers of Excellence that have transformed legal and compliance programs for top-tier global institutions.

He has worked with prestigious organizations like MUFG, Societe Generale, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he managed strategic financial crime compliance initiatives across APAC, influencing regulatory policy and fostering collaboration between business and regulators. Ram is also the inaugural Chair of the Association of Certified Sanctions Specialists (ACSS) Singapore Chapter, where he drives thought leadership in sanctions compliance, trade finance, and anti-money laundering (AML).

In addition to his role as a compliance strategist, Ram is passionate about technology, particularly in emerging areas such as cross-border data flows, digital assets, and cloud storage/AI strategies.

Ram is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is a two-time graduate of the University of Mumbai and holds various certifications and memberships in financial crime compliance, company law, and technology solutions. Ramesh Moosa is the EY Asean and Singapore Forensic & Integrity Services Leader. His international experience spans the US, Greater China, and other Asia-Pacific countries. He serves public sector and corporate clients across industries to enhance governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practices, and in times of crisis, assist in incident response and conduct of forensic investigations.

His area of expertise extends to investigations into fraud and corruption, financial crime and cybercrime, dispute and litigation support, expert witness, digital forensics and eDiscovery, forensic data analytics, and cybersecurity services. He has led digital forensic teams working alongside Hong Kong regulatory bodies in their enforcement raids to collect and analyze digital evidence. He has also provided expert witness services in relation to software copyright violation, contract compliance disputes and authenticity of emails related to a shipping dispute.

Prior to joining a Big Four accounting firm in 2000, Ramesh was a senior officer in the Singapore Police Force where he conducted criminal investigations and managed the agency’s technology infrastructure. He is a fellow at the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, sits on the ISCA Financial Forensic Accounting Oversight Committee and was a founding council member of the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP).

Martin is an experienced forensic accounting professional who assists businesses in quantum and valuation issues in litigation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution procedures. These include the determination of losses arising from a breach of contract, business disruption, tort and other causes.

He has also helped many companies with investigations into allegations of directors’ malfeasance and misfeasance, misstatements of financial statements, bribery and corruption, dissipation of assets as well as employee fraud.

Martin is often appointed as an expert witness and a single joint expert by government bodies and private sector clients, including law firms, corporations and financial institutions.

Martin is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Practising Member of The Academy of Experts, UK. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

Stacy is Partner, Forensic & Integrity Services at Ernst & Young Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore focusing on fraud and forensic investigations across Asia. She is experienced in accounting, financial audit, internal controls review and compliance — including fraud risk assessments and fraud investigations — and leads third-party reviews and independent forensic assessments at third parties on behalf of clients.

Her clients come from various sectors, including government, oil and gas, life sciences, manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, private equity, shipping, financial services, mining and metals, and entertainment.

She leads forensic investigations into fraudulent acts, non-compliance with Singapore Exchange listing rules, financial irregularities, conflicts of interest, breaches of fiduciary duties and corrupt practices. She also provides thought leadership through conferences and training sessions on corporate integrity, fraud and corruption.

Stacy is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore; an ISCA Financial Forensic Professional; and a Certified Internal Auditor, The Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore.

Philipp is a Director in the Forensic & Integrity Services team at Ernst & Young Advisory Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore. Experienced in the prevention, detection and response to integrity-related issues, with a focus on complex cross-border fraud and corruption investigations (including litigation support), compliance as well as anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) advisory, Philipp has gained depth of experience with a broad range of clients, including their legal counsels, across various industry sectors in Asia-Pacific and Europe over the past 11 years. As part of his work, Philipp frequently collaborates with government regulators.

Philipp holds a regional lead role in Singapore and Asean for one of EY’s top global 20 clients. He further leads the EY organization‘s German-Swiss-Austrian (GSA) business desk in Singapore.

Krishna is a Director in the Forensic & Integrity Services team at Ernst & Young Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and leads the Forensic Technology & Discovery team. He is a certified financial crime compliance professional with over 18 years of work experience in providing data analytics, cyber response, forensic and financial crime compliance services to various clients across the globe.

Krishna has helped in managing and executing a number of high-profile corporate investigations, cyber investigations, anti-money laundering and financial crime compliance reviews. He is experienced in developing data analytics solutions for fraud detection and prevention and has extensive experience working in multiple geographies, including Hong Kong, UK, Middle East, Europe and the US.

Stanley Park is a member of the Board of Directors of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, joining the Board in 2014.

Stanley was Managing Director and Head of Legal - Asia Pacific Region for Scotiabank's Global Banking and Markets Division from Mar 2014 – Apr 2023. Based in Singapore, Stanley was responsible for all legal matters across the region, including China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Among other responsibilities, Stanley provided (i) transactional advice and support to the Bank's businesses related to capital markets, investment banking, commodities, corporate lending/trade finance and global transaction banking; (ii) regulatory advice and support re the Bank's businesses; (iii) management of litigation and disputes; (iv) advice and support to the Bank's internal or proprietary functions (including proprietary investments, HR matters, Finance); and (v) participation in corporate governance or oversight.

Prior to joining Scotiabank, Stanley was with Daiwa Capital Markets, as Senior Legal Counsel, in Singapore and Hong Kong from 2011 – 2014; with Barclays Global Investors, as General Counsel, in Tokyo from 2009 – 2010; with DKR Oasis, as Chief Compliance Officer, in Hong Kong in 2008; with Salomon Smith Barney and UBS Securities in Tokyo from 2001 – 2007; and with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and Coudert Brothers in NYC, from 1992 - 2001.

Stanley graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1985 and received his law degree from the Harvard Law School in 1988, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Stanley has been a member of the New York State Bar since 1994.
