Please join us for our next Wellbeing Wednesdays brought to you by SCCA's Wellbeing Chapter.
We are pleased to announce the Chapter's next "Wellbeing Wednesday" series. This one will be the seventh in the series so far for this year, being part of the series by SCCA's Wellbeing Chapter for legal/compliance in house professionals in Singapore. It will also be the last session for 2024 in the run up to the end of the year holiday season.
The SCCA is striving to continue its commitment to fostering the wellbeing of the in-house legal professionals in Singapore.
What the session will cover:
We will discuss do you obsess about work during the night when you are trying to fall asleep, at dinner, at the gym? Do you have an overflowing inbox? Are you being handed tasks from every direction, have unrealistic deadlines and unpredictable schedules? A significant amount of day to day stress arises from not knowing where to start and feeling out of control.
What this session will give you:
- Shared learnings and some tips and tools to consider.
- A safe space to discuss what the common issues faced are how to address this together sharing tips and approaches which can be considered to better manage time and prioritization techniques.
- Some things to reflect on so you become more mindful about behaviours and the impact this has on mental and physical wellbeing of yourself, your teams or generally and those around you.
If you want to be part of this dialogue and continue the conversation or you simply wish to learn more about the soft skills around addressing management of time and prioritization and tackling Diarrhemails, then please join us on Wednesday 27th November 2024 for a meaningful lunch discussion.
