Benjamin Ang is Deputy Head of the Centre of Excellence for National Security, a policy research think tank at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), NTU, where he leads the team writing policy reports and running workshops on cyber policy, digital security issues, disinformation, foreign interference, and hybrid threats. He is concurrently Head of Digital Impact Research at RSIS, coordinating digital issues across the diverse RSIS security research institutes, and also Co-Chief Data Officer (Policy) at AI Singapore, the national programme to enhance Singapore's AI capabilities. Benjamin was previously a litigation lawyer, law firm manager, in-house counsel, technology consultant, and law lecturer.

Raju Chellam is the Chief Editor of the AI E&G BoK (AI Ethics & Governance Body of Knowledge), an initiative by the SCS (Singapore Computer Society) & IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority). Raju is a Fellow of ACE (Advanced Computing for Executives) at NUS (National University of Singapore) School of Computing. He was conferred as an SCS Fellow in March 2018. He is also on the APEC DARE (Data Analytics Raising Employment) International Advisory Panel, and on the SGTech Digital Trust Executive Committee.

He is the Hon Chair of Cloud & Data Standards at ITSC (IT Standards Committee), Hon Vice President of SCS Cloud Chapter, and on the Exco of SGTech’s Cloud & Data Chapter. He writes a column on tech in The Straits Times (S’pore), The Edge (Malaysia), and Dataquest (India).

Raju is currently Vice President (New Technologies) at Fusionex International, a leading software company that specializes in ABC (AI, Big Data Analytics, & Cloud Computing). Raju has been in the IT industry for the past 40 years. He was previously Head of Big Data & Cloud Practice – as well as Healthcare & Government solutions – at Dell EMC South Asia (ASEAN, Indo-China, Mongolia & all South Asian countries except India).

Prior to Dell, he was Managing Director of TechTrenders Asia, a boutique advisory firm that helped companies migrate legacy apps to the cloud. He has previously worked in Hewlett-Packard (APJ Director of Comms), AMI Partners Inc (APAC Vice President) and as the BizIT Editor of The Business Times, Singapore, for a decade.

Illka Gobius is the CEO and Managing Director of Pinpoint PR, a multiple award-winning B2B tech public relations agency. A woman in tech for over 30 years, Illka works with all manner of entities on their public relations, internal and external communications across brands, public entities, and events experience. She is deeply knowledgeable of strategic PR, stakeholder communications, thought leadership, corporate communications, public affairs, publicity and media relations. Her experience in industry sectors includes science, emerging tech, deep tech, enterprise tech, cyber security, fintech, travel/hospitality/tourism, nutrition, transport, education, the arts, energy, engineering and construction and identity leadership.

Rakesh leads the Dispute Resolution & Information Technology practice at Drew & Napier. He is also the Chief Technology Officer of Drew & Napier. He has an active practice in complex commercial dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration. He is engaged in appellate and trial advocacy at all levels of the Singapore Courts and also advises on risk management and disputes concerning technology, electronic evidence, employment, compliance with technology-related regulatory issues and cybersecurity. He has extensive skills and knowledge in the information technology field and manages the interface between legal and technological issues for clients, regulators, judges and arbitrators.

Damien is a Senior Consultant with CSA's Safer Cyberspace Division. His area of focus is on the development of technology programmes to raise the cybersecurity posture of organisations in Singapore. This includes the publication of cybersecurity toolkits for organisations and the development of cybersecurity certifications such as CSA’s Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust mark certifications.

Samson Leo is currently the Chief Legal Officer of Fazz Financial Group and Xfers, which are both high-growth “Fintech 250” companies. Since his time as co-founder and Chief Legal Officer in Xfers, he has grown Xfers from a 3-person start-up to a regional company with more than 200 people across Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines. Today, he heads the Fazz Financial Group’s legal team of 12 legal counsels in Singapore & Indonesia, and oversees the FFG Compliance committee consisting of senior compliance professionals and their team.
