Cyber threats, data breaches, mismanagement of technology implementation and adoption of AI are a few of the many issues that modern-day business leaders grapple with in the digital economy. As trusted advisors of the C-Suite, GCs and their teams are often entrusted with the unenviable task of helping the boardroom navigate these disruptive issues. New technologies can magnify existing risks such as data breaches and also create new threats, but they can also be harnessed to better manage risks and disputes.

In this panel session, we will discuss these issues facing the C-Suite and legal teams, explore possible solutions to navigate the new technological terrain, and analyse the opportunities and risks arising from adopting disruptive technologies in the dispute resolution world:
