ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Members of the academic staff of the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, or the School of Law, Singapore Management University or any other faculty or school of law approved by the Committee:

Lecturers and tutors in law in any faculty or school in the National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, or Nanyang Technological University, or any other institution of higher learning in Singapore, including polytechnics
Alumni members of the Association
Practising lawyers who are company secretaries, who in the opinion of the Committee, can contribute to the work of the Association; and
Such other persons engaged in the provision of legal, contract management/administration, compliance, or corporate secretarial services or other related activities, as the Committee may in its absolute discretion deem appropriate.

Membership Refund Policy

SCCA Ltd Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Singapore Corporate Counsel Association Limited (SCCA Ltd) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a SCCA membership. If SCCA Ltd refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Membership Cancellation by members:

Membership cancellations received within 3 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 admin fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the registered member only.
Refund requests must include the name of the member, organizations, designation and transaction number of payments made.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or via cheque.
This applies to all SCCA Ltd memberships.
