Membership Refund Policy
SCCA Ltd Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy The Singapore Corporate Counsel Association Limited (SCCA Ltd) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a SCCA membership. If SCCA Ltd refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a full refund. Membership Cancellation by members: Membership cancellations received within 3 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 admin fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the registered member only. Refund requests must include the name of the member, organizations, designation and transaction number of payments made. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or via cheque. This applies to all SCCA Ltd memberships.
